Hoshino Resorts does not restrict guests because of tattoos, but staff may refuse use of the public bath if they judge other guests would be uneasy, and may ask you to wear a rash guard at the pool. At facilities also open to non-staying visitors, tattoos must be fully covered by up to eight 8 x 10 cm cover stickers (per the official FAQ).
